Self referral or referral from employment service programs, schools and social service agencies ; apply directly to service agency delivering program: West Scarborough Neighborhood Community Centre in Scarborough or Arab Community Centre of Toronto in Etobicoke

- youth 15-30 years of age
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected persons as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act who are legally entitled to work in Canada Residency requirement: Resident of Toronto
