Symptoms and conditions that can be assessed and treated at the clinic include:
- cough, cold and flu, ear aches
- sprains, wounds and cellulitis, minor lacerations, abscesses
- STIs, UTIs, infections
- Gastroenteritis
- Chronic conditions including hypertension, CHF, diabetes, COPD
- cancer screening - arranges PAP smear, colonoscopy, or mammogram
- prescription renewals
- work related assessments and notes
- pregnancy testing

Individuals six months and older with medical conditions or illnesses that are urgent but not life threatening Children's Rapid Access: children and youth under 18 years;
